Party week

So, JJ had a Birthday this week and is officially 3!The month of January is almost over for my Aquarian Prince-and I wanted to share JJ's party pics and pics from this week.He is Handsome and spoiled, but Hey, "What can he say? "  <LOL>

Big Day

So, today was a BIG day for JJ! Yep, you guessed it...Today was his 3rd Birthday!!!!The weather was VERY cold, and rainy, but we still managed to squeeze in some fun. LOL.We celebrated by singing Happy Birthday, Touring our local Fire Station, picking 2 B-day toys from Walmart, eating lunch and Dinner at McDonald's and then ending our night with cake and punch. Sheesh. That was alot to type.The BIG celebration will be Saturday when we host a party at Chuck E.Cheese. ****Through it all we got a few great photos to share. Pre B-day weekend

JJ has his 3rd B-day coming up on Wednesday, January, 25th, 2012.

Red FireTrucks

One of JJ's favorites is Fire trucks. Did we tell you?

 -----------------------------------------------------------------So, yesterday while out and about we spot a firetruck parked in a Hospital parking lot and ran the shot. Sorry, JJ was till away with his grandparents, so he didn't make the shot. Just wanted to share one of his faves and also leave you with his fave Fire Truck song. Maybe you could teach it to your lil one, eh? LOL. Enjoy!!!!!

OFFICIAL Update

JJ had his 6 week post surgery eye exam today. The Dr. says he is fine and his eyes are 100% healed. We celebrated by taking him to McDonald's and then bringing him home to play in his NEWLY re-arranged room. He loved his day of inside play. Here are a few of his faves. Enjoy!!!!

New wheels

Hi! Hope you all are having a great week. This week the weather got up to 72 degrees here in TX! I know, I know, that's crazy for January weather.....So, JJ wanted to take his new bike for a spin. The bike in reference is one his Uncle Chris bought for him. The original schedule for fun in the sun didn't exactly happen because the original box had missing pieces. We returned it, exchanged it 2 days later and Nevertheless, JJ is now gone to the grandparents and the bike is parked in his room. Yay! for Team 'Rents. We put it together in 1 hr. 45 min. Here he and the bike are via pictures. Enjoy!!!!

Surgery UPDATE

So, on Dec. 6, 2011 our sweet JJ had corrective eye surgery. We opted for surgery after noticing a drifty, or lazy-eye circa 18 months of age. Today has been a month since surgery, and JJ and both eyes are better than EVER. He is officially healed and has been for about 3 weeks, He has a 6 week check up in 2 weeks, and will update on the Dr.s opinion of his healing time, but we claim victory and say he is healed by the tender mercy of God. We thank God for his speedy recovery and for shielding him, and us from any hurt, harm or danger. Amen. Here he is in pictures. Before and after surgery.
